5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically credited to the Player's phpark21 wallet instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during normal banking hours. phpark21 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash or Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. phpark21 applies an anti-money laundering principle requiring withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically feasible.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on phpark21 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Players depositing in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at prevailing market rates.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by phpark21 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. Strategies or betting patterns that phpark21 determines in its sole reasonable discretion to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance — may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and account review.
6.6 Bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of the stated maximum may be forfeited.
7.1 All games offered on phpark21 — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, e-sabong, and card games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes conducted in professionally managed studios.
